Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

* CANCELLATION NOTICE:
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or change your appointment. Failure to comply with this deadline will result in a charge of £30.

* SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS:
Same-day appointments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

* RESCHEDULING:
You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if you request it at least 24 hours in advance. In cases of force majeure with less than 12 hours' notice, evidence will be required and we will attempt to reassign your slot; if successful, no charges will apply, although this is strictly subject to availability.

2. Punctuality and "No-Shows"

* LATE ARRIVAL:
Out of respect for subsequent clients, if you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened, while the total cost of the service remains unchanged.

* NO-SHOW:
If you do not show up and do not contact us within the first 15 minutes of your appointment, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the full fee will be charged.

3. Vouchers and Gift Certificates

* VALIDITY:
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

* REFUNDS:
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

* VALIDATION:
You must present your voucher (physical or digital) at reception before starting your treatment.

4. Preparation and Hygiene Protocol

* PREPARATION RITUAL:
To ensure the effectiveness of the essential oils and products on your skin, we recommend attending your appointment with optimal personal hygiene. We suggest taking a relaxing shower before your arrival; this allows your pores to be receptive and your muscles to begin to relax before starting the therapy.

* PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT:
Our staff reserves the right to interrupt or terminate any treatment immediately if the client's behaviour is inappropriate, disrespectful or compromises the therapist's safety.

5. Payment Policies

* PAYMENT METHODS:
Reservations can be made and paid for through the Fresha platform. For direct bookings, payment must be made in full on the day the appointment is confirmed. A deposit of £30 is required to book your appointment, with the balance payable at the time of your appointment.
